7. If you select “Pay a deposit,” you can select “Auto Pay.” Your card will be charged automatically monthly if you select “Auto Pay.” If not, you will need to make payments manually every month.
7. If you select “Pay Full Amount,” the full payment will be made.
8. Enter the payment information and submit the payment.

SUPPLIER/PROVIDER CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is your responsibility to obtain information and to have all the documentation and identification required for entry, departure, and travel to each country or region. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by the relevant governmental authorities, including all visas, permits, certificates (including but not limited to vaccination or medical certificates) and insurance policies.
CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT
You can cancel your booking by letting us know. Cancellation fees, if any, will be determined concerning the date on which notice of cancellation is received and are expressed as a percentage of the total price paid for the canceled tour, product or service.
Cancellation of a Tour
(a) Cancellation received 60 days or more before departure of the first product or service in the relevant booking will be refunded after cancellation charges of 50% are deducted and the remainder of the payments made to the provider regarding the canceled product will be refunded.
(b) Cancellation received 30-59 days before departure of first product or service in the relevant booking will be refunded after cancellation charges of 75% are deducted and the remainder of the payments made to us regarding the canceled product will be refunded.
(c) Cancellation less than 30 days before departure of first product or service in the relevant booking will be refunded after cancellation charges of 90% are deducted and the remainder of the payments made to us regarding the canceled product will be refunded.
